Our ABRS counselors confirm all pick-ups and delivery information with our customers for each authorized transportation order. They also prepare a delivery schedule with estimated dates for pick-up, transport, and delivery.
When needed, we can arrange pick-ups on specified dates, including the same day an order is placed. And if necessary, we can store a car or boat at the final destination so the customer can pick it up or have it delivered when it is most convenient.
We take all steps to ensure the boat or vehicle is delivered in the same condition as it was at pick-up. In the unlikely event that damage does occur during pick-up, transport or delivery, ABRS will work with the customer to have a damage claim filed and processed quickly.
